How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@prizeee.com and we will arrange it for you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again afterwards.
